This policy explains what personal information Dish Pack Company collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It is written to align with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Only what you give us:
We do not run advertising cookies or third-party tracking on this site.
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange a site visit, and deliver work you have asked for. Nothing else. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing and we never sell them.
You consent by messaging, phoning or emailing us. We also have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us.
We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Some of the services above process data on servers outside South Africa. Where that happens, we rely on those providers' contractual and technical safeguards. By messaging us you accept that your enquiry may be processed outside the country.
For as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, plus any period required for tax or warranty records. After that it is deleted.
Under POPIA you may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact Alex on 061 802 4108 or moyosvi24@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
This site is served over HTTPS and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect enquiries. No system is perfect, but we take it seriously.
We may update this policy. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
Send a photo of the problem on WhatsApp. We tell you what it needs and what it costs before anyone gets in a bakkie.
