This policy explains what personal information Dish Pack Company collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It is written to align with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

2. What we collect

Only what you give us:

• Your name, phone number, and email address if you provide one
• The suburb of the job and whatever you tell us about the work
• Anything you send us over WhatsApp, including photographs of the work
• Standard web server logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, browser, pages visited)

We do not run advertising cookies or third-party tracking on this site.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange a site visit, and deliver work you have asked for. Nothing else. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing and we never sell them.

4. Legal basis

You consent by messaging, phoning or emailing us. We also have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us.

5. Who else sees it

• WhatsApp (Meta) carries messages you send on WhatsApp, under their own terms.
• Our website host stores the site and keeps standard server logs.

We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

6. Information leaving South Africa

Some of the services above process data on servers outside South Africa. Where that happens, we rely on those providers' contractual and technical safeguards. By messaging us you accept that your enquiry may be processed outside the country.

7. How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, plus any period required for tax or warranty records. After that it is deleted.

8. Your rights

9. Security

This site is served over HTTPS and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect enquiries. No system is perfect, but we take it seriously.

We may update this policy. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
